No Technician
I had a neighbour fell his trees in his back yard and the company that did it (Cape Town Landscapers) broke the overhead line, including my phone line.<br> <br> I have since logged a call, escalated a call and 10 days on, I have still to hear anything from Telkom.<br> <br> I follow up 3 times a day and the call centre \makes notes"that are essentially pointless"
