No technical support

Have a 25 mbps Lte WiFi router. Has worked magically for 7 months. But the last 3 weeks u have to beg for WiFi. You call Telkom then they send u things to do. You do it and still doesn’t work you call back and they send you some more nonsense and still it doesn’t work. So pay for nothing cause they won’t log a call for someone to come out it’s probably too much hard work but it’s not hard work to take your money every month. Maybe now they will log a call for a technician to come assist or how many times must you call before that will happen????
