No Support from Telkom, but what did I expect?

I went to Telkom shop in Clearwater on Monday the 30th of December 2024 to cancel my contract. The staff provided me with a number to call. I call and after waiting for some time the line went dead. I sent an email on which I received a reply they are unable to assist I need to phone 081 180. I even tried cancelling my contract on the WhatsApp Bot. Today the 6th of January 2025 I went back to the Telkom shop in Clearwater and ask for assistance. They called 081 180 and after 45 minutes still no one answering. I think I did all I could to try and cancel my contract. If I do not get any response, then I will stop making payments.
