NO SUPPORT FROM TELKOM - BUSINESS LINE DOWN FOR ALMOST A WEEK. TELKOM PATHETIC!!!!!

Our business line has been down. Fault reported 30/04/2019. 1st Technician : Called 30/04/19 @ 12:06pm. Arrived on site 30/04/19. Said he will come back to fix line on 2/05/2019 (NEVER PITCHED & IGNORED MY CALLS) 2nd Technician : Called 02/05/19 @ 9:07am. Arrived on site 02/05/19. Said he will come back to fix line 03/05/19 (NEVER PITCHED & IGNORED MY CALLS) 3rd Technician : Called 03/05/19 @ 13:22pm. Arrived on site 03/05/19. Said he will come back with supervisor today @ 7:30am 06/05/19. I literally called 7 TIMES!!! Each time he told me not to worry it will be fixed today. It is now 15:10pm and his phone is off. I then chatted to an agent online that was USELESS and cut me off in the middle of a chat!!!! OUR BUSINESS LINE HAS BEEN DOWN FOR ALMOST A WEEK !!!!!!! THANKS TELKOM JUST KEEP ON SENDING TECHNICIANS THAT DO JAC****!!!
