<p>I've been reporting slow LTE in my area for months, my business relies on this connection. Nobody has done anytthing about this.<br /><br />I then contacted the guys on the online chat facility, they say I'm being throttled. But when calling the callcentre myself, they say I'm not being throttled.. so which is it?<br />According to the AUP that I agreed to with my contract, you would ONLY get throttled should you exceed 50gb of p2p traffic or newsgroups. Seeing as we dont use either protocol, I'd say you are in breech of your own AUP if you are throttling me</p>
