No support 22 calls later... still no resolution.

We've been trying to contact Telkom since 08:00 this morning - for assistance with a domain hosted by Telkom. Support is non-existent: 1. Calls take for ever to be answered - more than 30 minutes 2. Calls get cut off 3. We have now called more than 22 times without success - our problem remains 4. So far we could not get the person answering the phone even to understand the problem. 5. Email as useless. = not sure how Telkom is able to exist with this level of support.

The question remains - how to I get my email issue resolved? It has now been most of the day - no emails...
