No such thing as service and customer service

Ii havr been with telkom now for more than 6 years and i am highly disappointed in their systems and service delivery

I recieved an sms and email stateing that my contract is due for an upgrade on the 5th of march which was awesome , however when i went in to the store to select an new device and renew my contact i was told that my upgarde is due in June

When i asked about email and sms i was told it only apply to upgardes online....so then off i when to do the upgarde online ...to my surprise it was declined due to the fact that i can not upgrade as yet only in June

How does that even work all my time wasted standing in the que for nothing and nobody has answers to where the sms nand email got the details wrong
