NO STOCK USELESS SERVICE

I have been trying for 2 months to upgrade to a Samsung A72 or Samsung A52 but Telkom does not have stock, they blame the supplier BUT all other network providers have stock???? Are you not paying your supplier Telkom? I went to Clearwater mall again on Saturday 19/06 to check the stock and was greeted but this very rude sales lady at counter 1. She is so rude and should not even look at clients none the less talk to them! She said her name is Ntolelie (if that even is her name) Telkom get your act together and give me the phone I want, not a cheap substitute!!!
