No stock on advertised offers

Telkom marketed the offering for a 5gig data pm with a mini router for R99 pm extensively on the radio over the weekend. I visited a couple of Telkom shops but none had stock. I decided to enquired at my nearest shop which is mall@reds. On Sunday 13 March I app**** and was promised stock would arrive on Monday. I visited the shop on Monday and was then told they never receive stock on Mondays but only Tuesday's and Thursday's. I visited the shop again on Tuesday 15 March and Thursday 17 March. Both times the staff just laughed not my face and told me there is no stock and cannot tell me when it will arrive. Telkom must either be able to supply stock on advertised deals or retract deals. Furthermore staff must be informed and trained. Being a customer of Telkom mobile for 6 years being laughed at in my face twice in a week left a sour taste
