No stock of Samsung A52 and A72

Telkom has not had stock of Samsung A52 and A72 for over a month yet it is ADVERTISED IN THEIR CATALOGUE. I have called Samsung and they have comfirmed that there is NOT a shortage of these devices in the country and that other networks have stock. Telkom, why are you advertising if you can't deliver? Do I need to move to another network to get the device I'm looking for?
