No stock of promised phone

When we moved our telephone line at the beginning of September we were promised a free cordless phone. All we had to do was collect it from a Telkom store. <br> <br> This has turned out to be impossible because Woodhill and Menlyn haven't had stock for weeks. We have been put on the waiting list but the staff are less than helpful and never answer their phones which have resulted in many wasted trips to the stores.<br> <br> On top of that we only have 2 months to collect the phone according to the sms we recieved, which is drawing closer by the day. Why bother promising things you can't deliver? And then put a time line on it that is completely unreasonable?!<br> <br> We have been loyal customers for years and this service is unacceptable!
