No Stock of Lte Router

My compliant it not so much at the person responsible but rather at the lack of service delivery with Telkom. I've app**** for a 10Gig R299.00p/m with Lte Router contract on 8th August 2015 with the knowledge that the Lte Router were out of stock and they should receive a shipment the following Tuesday/Friday. 2 weeks I'm still waiting for stock to arrive. <br> <br> I wish to have this resolved immediately and at the highest priority.<br> <br> Regards
