No stock of advertised Samsung A5 for 2 weeks

Went into the telkom store in Hilcrest last week to open a new contract and get the new Samsung A5. They said they had no stock but were expecting new stock in before the end of the week. Everyday since then its been the same shrug of shoulders and \sorry"from the store manager. How is it possible that the company i work for can get anything from Europe in under 2 weeks"
