No stock of advertised Samsung A5

Telkom have advertised the Samsung A5 in their latest deals - online and in the brochure. I ordered one on-line on 1st Nov, and in-store on Tue 3rd Nov. To date, they still do not have stock despite the sales person escalating the issue to the store manager, who has also tried to get stock. This is false advertising and poor customer service! Why is it that MTN, Cell C and Vodacom can get stock from other stores but Telkom appear unable to do this. I haven't even been contacted by the on-line processing division. Very disappointed and frustrated!
