No stock for 2 weeks

I am so disappointed. I've been made to run around for 2 weeks between the woodburn square and midlands mall telkom. Trying to get to get an IPhone 11 pro and 11 pro max. The consultants keep telling me to come back. I literally have to drive there because they don't answer their phone. Now I'm off to port my numbers to vodacom on the hope they have stock. Can you ever have something in your catalogue and on display but not in stock for 2 week. They keep saying they will order it. What a a waste of time
