No Stock for 2 weeks

On 29 August I went to upgrade my data contract, I was informed that there is no stock on the Wifi routers and that the stock should arrive in a weeks time. It is 2 weeks since I filled out the forms and there is still no stock available.How can you advertise a product and not have it in stock for more than 2 weeks. this is unacceptable. If you can't supply stock or if don't have stock in your warehouse don't advertise it.
