No STOCK FOR 2 MONTHS!!

I'm at my wits end with the service of telkom. I order a Samsung s24 fe with watch on Black Friday. Today is the 10 of January 2025 almost 2 months later and I don't have anything except excuse that there is no stock. It's affecting my business and I have loss of income due to no phone. When I ordered this phone it was not mentioned that there is no stock just eager to make a sale. This is beyond bad service.
