No stock for 2 months

So it's been nearly 2 months since I've ordered an X box series S from Telkom,they did not have stock in the whole of South Africa,I understood,this was supposed to be a gift for my nephew,his bday has passed already.its now month 2 and still nothing is happening,but yet they advertise it in their brochure,and mind you, we've been debited for something we are yet to receive,what a disappointment....I'm really thinking of cancelling my fibre with them aswell.
