No stock at TELKOM stores

Why does TELKOM advertise or promote phones that they cant supply. I have been to two TELKOM Stores that can not supply me with either the SAMSUNG S22 ULTRA or the IPHONE 13 PRO MAX. The TELKOM stores staff says they don't know when there will be stock and have not had any of these top of the range phones for a while in stock. The Apple iStores do have stock but cant seem to match the deals TELKOM advertise in the TELKOM promotions magazine from 01/04/2022 - 31/05/2022. It seems like Apple is cheating TELKOM and us as TELKOM clients out of good deals. I suggest make sure that APPLE offers the same deals that TELKOM does as well.
