No stock and no time frame

After deciding to take advantage of Telkoms new summer promotions we were wanting to order the mac book air from in store. The first visit we were told the did not have stock and were not able to order and should return in a week. After returning a week later week later we were told that the manager still had to authorise theordering of the product and nothing was yet ordered, after returning the following week we are told that we are on a list and no reference was given no time frame of when the stock would arrive. We were then told to choose a different product as the one we wanted was expensive?? Let's not forget that I received emails about summer promotions and the store visited was refurbished not more than a month ago... <br> <br> This kind of service is unacceptable from telkom and I would like to know when I would be able to collect my product that telkom advertised and that I require.
