No Stock

So this is my second post to hello peter complaining about Telkom and even through doing this I received no help or feedback what so ever. I took matters into my own hands and visited the Canal walk Telkom Direct branch where I received good service but unfortunately they did not have stock of the Xbox one promotion that they were advertising. I've waited for 2 weeks only for them to tell me that they wont be receiving stock anytime soon. If you advertise the deal shouldn't you have stock. This is really pathetic from there side and really disappointing.
