No stock

I app**** for a contract online with Telkom on the 5th of March 2021. The Sales lady called almost immediately to confirm all the details and I was told that the device would be delivered withing 7 to 10 business days. The Debit order was deducted on the 9th of March 2021. Now every time I call, they just tell me that they don't have stock and they cannot tell me when it will be available. This is unacceptable for me because they deducted the money a week ago and still have not received my device. How long must one wait?
