No Stock 26 Days Today

Who can I contact to sort out my Fibre Deal from Telkom Kolonnade Retail for non delivery of laptop etc. on my deal? I have send them about 20 emails visited the shop and just get absolutely no service. They do not keep it in stock and 3 weeks later still no stock and can't tell me when the are getting stock. This is false advertising and nobody should advertise deals the can't honour. Need assistance please. ********** 144 or ********** Order ********** 38A TIN ********** .
