<p>so we enquired about a laptop deal from telkom for a Lenovo with 1gb of data online. at 17.15 on the 15th of June 2017 a consultant contacted me and told me if we want a laptop we will have to travel to our nearest branch for collection as they only do phones on online orders???? the closet store to us is +150km away so we have to travel that at our cost to pick up a laptop.</p> <p> </p> <p>why advertise and make people fill in this long online aplication and then phone them to tell them they have to travel to the closet branch with all their document and then they cant tell if you if the store will have stock or if you will even qualify for the item. what is the point.</p>
