no stock
We placed an order for a laptop over 2 months ago evertime the deal was approved they had no stock the consultant that was helping us Rajesh is the worst employee of telkom i have ever spoken too . we have sent him a number of emails and he does not respond to any emails. its now the second application and they still dont have stock yet the stores have stock of the laptop. and each time we have to complete a new application form. the first application done - ref number TCM*** and second application ref numberAI*** , why are you guys giving us the run around for this contract this is not fair . We pay a huge sum of money to telkom for our services we have with them currently
