I have logged the same issue so many times I have lost count. WHY DO I NOT GET A STATEMENT?!? I complain, someone phones and I get one month's account and then nothing for a while until I complain and we start the cycle again. Are you hiding something or is sending an account to me too complicated and difficult for you?? I cannot pay you if I don't have a clue how much I owe and I will NOT phone your call centre, they don't have a clue. Fix this and send my account monthly!!!
