No star service....the shop should close because of poor service

I app**** for a phone at Telkom express east gate mall, and i wasn't even notified that it was approved, i had to call and find out for my self...then when it was time for me to go collect there was no stock, i had personally called them the day before to confirm that I'm coming to pick up the phone, when i got there it was just a circus. i was told only iPhone 12 was available and i also said okay just try upgrading me to the 12...my application went back to back office and it has been there for about 3 weeks when it was supposed to take only 3 days to a week...terrible, terrible service it sucks, they don't even deserve the one star....they should close
