No staff know about an Advert placed in the Sunday Times

An advert placed in the Sunday Times on 24 September hightlights the galaxy note 8 + free wireless charger + 3 months google music on a freeme 2 gig package which can be procured from telkom stores, telkom's website and 10213 sales centre.

I and a friend have visited/called numerous stores, checked the website daily and contacted the 180 call centre, and nobody is aware or willing to honor the advert. We have tried the sales number and after being on hold for 15 minutes, simply gave up.

It has been 5 days since the advert and no positive feedback yet.

I am a telkom customer and want to upgrade to this deal, however the situation has me rethinking my decision.
