No Sony Head Phones received after it was told it comes with

Im ever sorry i upgraded my Telkom contract now. I upgraded to the Sony Experia XZ with headphones promo. Received the device with no headphones after the agent told me it will be shipped together with the device. I phoned back asking where the headset was caller id ********** 10 and was told will be investigated why there headphones was not shipped. After 7days no answer from Telkom and i had to call in call center.Then was told by agent i had to install Sony lounge app on my device and get a voucher to redeem. This clearly did not work as the promo apparently ended in June 2017. Phoned Telkom again reported issue again from scratched. Then agent advised it was a promotion that ended June and apologize.She then said she will try and source headphones from Adderley street and email me back if they have. Still no answer till now. Worse of all the add still display the device with headphones eish haibo.Can i get someone to investigate what is happening and what is the rite story and please remove the add from the website. Its False advertising.
