No /slow service

Good day , please will you assist me . I have logged a call for my Telkom landline number ********** 707 in the month of November and it is now almost the end of January for a faulty landline . I have no service and I really need my Telkom landline to be fixed or someone to come up with a resolution because I cant continue the wait ????
