No Sim cards till January

In addition to my previous complaint. 1. Did you know that telkom shop do not have a phone. they cannot be contacted directly. A telecom company that does not have a phone and cannot be accessible telephonically. I upgraded my telkom home which now gives me 1gb data, but I need to go to a telkom shop and get a sim then call the call centre to activate this. The telkom shop in Sauer and Main do not have sim cards , cal you believe this. The guy said he does not know when they will be getting and it could be Jan 2018. So I'm loosing out on my 1gb from i don't know how long. as i was cheated previously.
