No sim card delivered for residential phone

Telkom is not assisting me. We had a wireless landline residential phone delivered to our residence with no sim card in the parcel. Numerous calls were made without assistance and different answers from different operators. I need a sim card delivered to our residence as a matter of urgency as we have no telkom store in our town. Telkom cut our landline without this new wireless phone being operational.
