No sim activation 7 days later!!!

<p>Telkom mobile called me at the end of August to sell me a deal. I accepted because I was looking for a phone. The phone was delivered on the 6th of September. I was told the sim was to be activated within 48 hours of me receiving the device. This is the 7th day waiting. No communication except when I am calling them. They keep on promising and nothing. Now they say it will be before the end of this week. Why call people and sell them phones if you cannot deliver, I do not understand. Next time I will stick with Vodacom, thank you. What to do, please help!</p>
