No Signal - No Assistance - Poor Service

No signal, no signal, no signal How can a person with today's technology not have signal where we stay. I have been complaining for the last 6 months but nothing happens. Vumatel has installed fibre in the area, yet Telkom is delayed and advise us no Fibre. This is really terrible service even to a member of staff!!!
