No signal in the area

Since November 2018 we have spoken to various people regarding the Telkom Mobile signal in Signal Avenue, Dawnview, Germiston. A few people have come to the house and tested and all advised there is a problem and that is where the problem stayed. We need to work from home at times and this is just not possible at all. I do not have a reference number, just our address. Can someone urgently assist us?
