No signal from Telkom

At the end of June Telkom stop using MTM as their roaming partner and now using Vodacom. As I am not in Vodacom's receiving area I now have no signal. I have contacted Telkom to get an solution but all I got is " we will call you back within 24 hours and that was 6 days ago. It is clear that Telkom dont care a damn about their customers.
