No signal for days is tiring

Highly disappointed no signal for over a month now, since I've joined telkom every month I spend days without internet connectivity, I'm exasperated of how my case was handled, how could I pay for service that was not rendered, I would never recommend telkom to anyone even people who uses prepaid they crying of network 🚮, imagine your data that you purchased with your hard earned money get expired without using it because the is no signal, TELKOM IS A BIG COMPANY they need to fix their network coverage, I have never struggled with mtn before, I left mtn because it was expensive and telkom offers were reasonable at price but not I'm paying for bundles I cannot use
