No signal and no 3G

<p>Hello, for a week now I have been having no 3G (only 2G or sometimes no signal at all) in the area I live (Brackenfell). This has been going on for nearly a week now.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have two cellphones and a LTE wireless router on your network, and at the moment I am paying for these without it working. Please assist. It is very urgent as my home business requires access to the internet. Thanks!</p>
