No signal

I don't have internet connection properly either I will get 1. No internet access, 2. Connected - Poor quality, 3. Ready to connect when network quality improves.

Whereby I asked the Mondo agents if I will have coverage where I stay and they fully guaranteed me and this is what I get try again because there's no network .

Please assist cause it's frustrating now and this started on the 11 December 2019 after load shedding.
