No show to appointment

I have app**** for a line for fibre in March ,Telkom has been promising to have the line done everytime openserve make an appoointment they do not show up They came through once and confirmed we need a pole put on they never installed the pole to date or the line ,They confirmed an appointment on Friday 08am and did not show up and then on Saturday at 08am and did not show up they wasted 2 productive days of mine just not to show up I have tried calling telkom there is no answer This is new business and this is how they treat customers Terrible service-order number ***A
