NO SHOW TECHNICIAN , AND NO CALL OR SMS

I ordered a New ADSL Telkom line and I made arrangements with their call center for 2015/09/01 , I received SMS's the 2015/08/31 to confirm the technician will be coming out , But come the 1st , No technician showed up , No one phoned me or sent me a SMS , When i started to phone Telkom to find out whats going on , All they could tell me is that they cant do anything as they were offline at that stage , I am Today still waiting for a technician to come out and install the Line , <br> <br> I cannot believe how disappointing Telkom has proven me <br> <br> So Upset about the whole situation
