No show from Telkom 06/05
I am not impressed at all with Telkom , I app**** for a new line install got sms that the technician will be here 2015-06-05 anywhere from 7:30AM to 4 PM so guess what I took a day of work leave to wait for technician only to have NO technician show up so that is a day wasted . <br> <br> No call nothing to let me know this is NOT how a company is supposed to do business<br> <br> If you make an appointment for a day you KEEP it or at least phone that person in advance so they do not sit arround like an idiot waiting on nothing
