No show for installation

Waited a whole day for technicians to arrive and install my new dsl line. Called at 12:15 and after being on hold for 25 minutes the lady assured me my appointment was still valid. Tried to call the call centre againat 16:50 and after being on hold for 30 minutes the callgot dropped.
