No show for confirmed line installation
Having registers for a new fixed line a month ago telkom confirmed per SMS that would be sending agent today - whole day appointment - confirmed availability and yet no one came !! Now on the phone for 25 min waiting for a consultant in technical division to answer!!! Shocking service !! Took day off work to be available ....!!!
