No Sevice from telkom

For over 5 months now telkom can not get my home phone in Roodepoort to work. Ive been to several telkom shops and their lazy staff is just not interested in sorting out the problem. They only try to pass you off to someone else. You get sent from one shop to another. Staff leaves the shop counter to go "on lunch" whilst you trying to report your phone to her. .....they just walk out not saying anything leaving you standing at the counter. They've given me every excuse under the sun including cable theft when it is(was) a prepaid FLLA wireless phone. I'm closer than 800 meters from their mast so i didn't fall for their out of coverage area excuse as the phone worked perfectly or several years before. I was even instructed to buy a new instrument but still no luck. For some reason they seem to have disconnected me without my approval on knowledge. I will go out of my way to discourage anyone to sigh up for any deal with telkom including Fibre, Data, 5G, data, or LTE. Stay away from telkom
