NO SEVICE AND EMPTY PROMISES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well once again Telkom has just proved to me how bad their service really is, even if it's for a business. I reported that my fax line was not working 4 days ago, and guess what? It's still not working!!! I have called everyday with my referance number and everytime I get told that there is a technician on site working! really? His proberly sleeping in his bakkie somewhere cause nothing is happening here!!! I am now 4 days behind in sending paper work to my Head Office, thanks Telkom again for being so reliable!! Damn I so wish there was another service provider as Telkom cannot call themselves that!!!!
