No Services , taking my money

I have two contracts with Telkom a mobile one and a WIFI one , the mobile contract is R285.00 per month not once since i took out the contract i paid that about it is always between R600 and R900 a month i have been to Telkom Menlyn 3 times no to set a limit on the airtime and data to no go over and still i received a R600 bill , now they are doing the exact same with the WIFI contract. The service at telkom is not existent
