We phoned your offices on 2015/06/10 as we were moving from Petervale to Paulshoff the end of June 2015. The lady on the line with Call Ref 729745/44 informed us that we need to cancel our existing line and they will create a new line for us at Paulshoff the end of June. After hearing nothing from you the end of the month we phoned in and spoke to a gentleman with call ref 729745/44 who said that now unfortunately there is no \exchange"available after we were informed already there is exchanges available. After a long conversation we were put through to again with ref 729745/44 who informed us that due to this we can be provided with a LTE with the same features as we have on the line at the same price we had it (Uncap"
