No services over a month

<p>I have never seen a company with so many empty promises such as Telkom. Everyday I am awaiting for my landline and internet to be fixed by this imbecilic company and every day nothing happens. I have no Internet and landline for well over a month and I even pointed out the fault to them. No one has contacted me to make arrangements to have the fault fixed. They will require access to my property!!! My number the fault is logged onto is</p> <p> ********** 209 they jeep promising that the matter is with the technicians </p>
