No services at all!!! No answering phones, not responding to emails. It's honestly the worst.

I honestly don't know what to do anymore, finite insurance honestly provides no services at all. A claim was sent through about 4 weeks ago an I have sent several after that to ask if there's any feedback no response at all. I have been calling on a daily wasting so much airtime with no phones being answered at all. I have not spoken nor even had any kind of response since I placed the claim. Finite insurance is just the worst kind of insurance to ever deal with. No customer service, no service at all.
